C R Creative Consulting was created to help women grow with intention, confidence, and purpose through thoughtful leadership, personal growth, and creative empowerment experiences.

Founded by Charlisha Rankin, the brand was built from a passion for helping women reflect, heal, grow, and reconnect with who they are becoming. Through leadership development, mentorship, guided reflection, and creative design, the mission is to create meaningful tools and experiences that encourage intentional living and personal growth.

As the creative division of the business, Charlie Renee Designs offers guided journals, affirmation products, inspirational apparel, reflective tools, and custom journal covers designed to inspire confidence, purpose, and self-worth.

At the center of the brand is the belief found in 1 Corinthians 16:14:

“Let all that you do be done with love.”

That scripture serves as the foundation for every product, message, and experience created through the brand. Whether through journaling, leadership development, creativity, or encouragement-centered resources, the goal is to help women move through life with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
